Bookings
When a visitor makes a booking, we collect data about the visitor to provide a better service and to identify the visitor on arrival. Visitor details are transferred over HTTPS for security.
Payments are handled by our external partner PayPal, we do not store payment details on our website. By using this website, you agree with PayPal terms and conditions.
House Rules
Check-in: 1 pm – 6 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged GBP 15 per night when using existing beds.
We reserve the right to change the house rules, please ask on arrival.
Cancellation
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation. If they cancel in the 14 days before arrival, the total price will be charged.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
